- 1936 Mercury Dime. Proof-67+ (PCGS).
This endearing specimen is brilliant apart from pale silver highlights and, on the reverse only, a blush or two of powder blue. The finish is universally semi-reflective, and all design elements are fully rendered. This is certainly one of the loveliest survivors of this key date Proof issue that we have handled in recent memory, and it is sure to sell for a strong bid commensurate with its condition rarity.
PCGS Population: 10; 4 finer (all Proof-68).
PCGS# 5071. NGC ID: 27DG.
