1793 B-2, C-2. Rarity-3. F-15 BN (NGC). This is a pleasing coin for the grade with glossy brown surfaces and a reverse that is uncommonly free of noticeable abrasions. There are a few scattered distractions on the obverse, but we stress that none are out of con¬ text with the Fine designation. Evenly worn throughout with outline definition remaining over all major design elements. The recesses also retain some bolder striking detail. One of just 35,334 pieces produced in this, the first year of U.S. Half Cent production.
