1864/186 Indian Cent. Bronze. L on Ribbon. Snow-3, FS-2302 (FS-006.71). Repunched Date. MS-65 BN (NGC). A pretty Gem with dominant gray-brown patina, yet flashes of original orange-red luster still shining forth from the more protected areas around the devices. Overall sharply struck, and free of significant blemishes. A loupe reveals bold repunching to the first three digits in the date, the diagnostic feature of this variety.
