One of the low-mintage, late date Seated Quarters, which saw a mintage of 14,400. Incredible radiant cartwheel luster swirls across amazingly smooth vibrant luster on untoned surfaces takes on hints of semi-PL reflectivity. Close inspection reveals a tiny line or two, but these can be overlooked when the overall amazing quality is taken into account. PCGS 3, NGC 5, CAC 2. NONE are graded finer. The only other CAC-example to sell was the pastel toned coin in the Gardner Collection that realized just shy of $10,000 in June 2014; that was six years after the next most recent coin sold. The PCGS Price Guide value is $12,500. This is NOT a grade that can be found with any frequency.
