Lot Description

Wonderfully original surfaces blend iridescent olive and gray-brown patina with appreciable remnants of golden-orange mint color. Crisply impressed, as befits the issue, with full mint luster in a soft satin texture. The perennially popular '09-S V.D.B. Lincoln cent is a strong performer in all grades, but of course enjoys the greatest demand at the finest Mint State levels, as here.
