1846 Braided Hair Cent. N-14. Rarity-2. Tall Date. MS-65 BN (NGC). A high-grade specimen of a popular Guide Bookvariety. Good cartwheel luster on medium chocolate-brown surfaces. Smooth and pleasing with no major marks or any other mentionable distractions. Three die varieties of this year were produced with the "Tall Date" style of numerals, of which this is in the middle in terms of rarity.
