A Second 1920-S Saint-Gaudens Twenty 1920-S Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle. AU-58+ (PCGS). CAC. This is an especially desirable survivor of this key date double eagle issue. Richly original in reddish-khaki patina, both sides are sharply defined with virtually complete luster. Very nearly in the Mint State category, in fact, this premium quality coin is sure to sell for a strong bid to an astute gold collector. A second opportunity to acquire a high quality survivor from a mintage of 558,000 pieces, the vat majority of which were destroyed through melting during the late 1930s. PCGS# 9171. NGC ID: 26FZ.
