- D.W. COLLECTION. A beautifully toned GEM housed in an old green tag holder. Well struck with only a few ancient minor contact marks. The toning, likely imparted from long term storage in an old paper envelope, is rich and deep, but iridescent enough that the underlying satin luster is still vividly visible. Every detail is sharply struck and stands out. This really is a great looking GEM! PCGS 17, NGC 12, CAC 7. This coin hails from the May 2008 sale of the Silbermunzen Collection, where it realized $6,325. The most recently sold coin, the Richard Jewell coin sold for $7,050 in the 2013 ANA auction. Fast forward 4+ years, and we think today this GEM will bring a very strong price when it crosses the block! Cert. Number 3148862 PCGS # 6293
