Lot Description

Michael Scott Collection. Exquisite mint frost dominates the presence of this common date, and pretty, peripheral pumpkin-gold enhances the eye-appeal as it twirls around the central devices. All by itself, the reverse would readily qualify for the gem level, and on the obverse, only a few random squiggles in the obverse right field bear mention. Not quite fully struck, several feathers left and below the shield lack precision.
