Lot Description

BB Die State III. Exemplary dark golden-gray surfaces show lovely multicolored steel-blue undertones. A very pretty coin, showing just the sort of surface color one would look for on an original 18th-century silver coin. The detail is superb for the Fine-15 grade, and there are just a few tiny abrasions that are typical of the assigned grade. Considering the elusiveness of the die variety, particularly in EF and above, we can recommend this specimen wholeheartedly.
