Lot Description

A lustrous and well struck untoned GEM early Mercury dime. Only under close inspection can you see a stray bag mark or two. PCGS 103, NGC 65. Only 23 coins are graded higher at NGC. There hasn’t been an NGC coin sold in auction in nearly three years, the last selling in March 2013. More recently a PCGS coin has sold for $1,058 in the 2017 FUN auction.
