- 1804 Draped Bust Half Cent. C-13. Rarity-1. Manley Die State 2.0. Plain 4, Stemless Wreath. MS-64 RB (NGC). Frosty and lustrous with an enticing blend of rose-orange and pale blue on the obverse, the reverse with marginally deeper shades overall. Nicely struck throughout, and an ideal candidate for an advanced U.S. type set. PCGS# 1064. NGC Census: 9; 5 finer within the RB designation (MS-66 finest).
