1808 Draped Bust Half Cent. C-3. Rarity-1. AU-58 (PCGS). An exceptional near-Mint survivor with tremendous satiny luster throughout. Sharply struck from early dies with full denticles on each side and only minor traces of rust in the left obverse field. A thin mark near Liberty's ear is the only blemish of note, and even that goes unnoticed to the naked eye. Toned in an attractive marbling of caramel, chocolate-brown and deep steel blue patina.
