Lot Description

Nice collector quality for this scarcer Crosby number in the Nova Constellatio series. Steely golden-brown surfaces also show deeper olive-gray and rose within the protected areas of many of the central deign elements, especially on the obverse. Centering is good, wear a bit heavier at the borders where some of the features fade toward the end of the planchet, but in general this is a bold Choice VF for the type. Scattered light and a few moderate size marks are commensurate with the grade, a couple at left and right obverse noted, but not really worthy of undue attention.
