This pretty Gem exhibits mottled iridescent toning in tan-russet over full, softly frosted luster. With perhaps no more than 2% of the mintage delivered with Full Head definition, the 1924-S is clearly where the sophisticated buyer in this challenging Standing Liberty quarter series will accept an expertly preserved, non-full head example such as this without any qualms.
