1973-D Eisenhower Dollar. MS-67 (PCGS). Bright satin surfaces are untoned and offer an exceptionally smooth appearance. Due to a combination of poor striking quality and rough handling on the part of Mint employees, circulation strike Eisenhower dollars as a group are rare and difficult to locate in the finest Mint State grades.
