Tied for FINEST in the RB category this immaculate and beautifully preserved SUPERB GEM has a great look. Brilliantly lustrous with ample original mint red, that mellows with a gentle overtone of pale violet that mingles with gold, rose, and orange color. Sharply struck and the surfaces are clean and devoid of any sort of distracting marks or discolorations of any kind. PCGS 27, NGC 12, CAC 6. There are four in MS66+ RB and this is the only one to have ever sold in auction, bringing $3,840 in June 2018. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $4,750 and there are NONE graded finer in the designation. This beautiful coin is worthy of a great Indian Head cent collection. Cert.
