Tied for finest graded in the non-FB designation, and this coin is so close to an FB designation, we have no doubt who ever buys this SUPERB GEM will try it (no guarantees). The strike is crisp, well rendered, and the band is fully split, just not 100% rounded. A rich satiny bloom highlights a pearly luster with an opalescent pastel toning. The eye appeal is great.
