- 1760 Hibernia-Voce Populi Farthing. Nelson-1, W-13800. Large Letters. VF-35 (PCGS). 52.1 grains. Not as sharp as the previous piece, but smoother and prettier, with choice light brown surfaces. Natural clip at 10 o'clock, typical clash mark on obverse, usual softness at central reverse. A couple little planchet striations are present between forehead and O of POPULI, a few minuscule rim ticks at base of obverse, old harmless buildup around date. A beautiful example, far nicer than typical. Craige value this piece higher than the previous example. PCGS# 256. Provenance: From the Ted L. Craige Collection.
