A full, vibrant luster gleams all over accenting the sharply struck devices. Originally toned from placement in an album or bank roll. Bold die lines are the only thing we can see in the fields, even using a strong glass. The bands are fully split and rounded, a key feature for the FB designation. PCGS 14, NGC 3.
