1855-FD Round 50 Cents. BG-406. Rarity-6+. Liberty Head. AU-58 (PCGS). Iridescent reddish-rose backlights dominant honey-olive color. Both sides are sharply struck with nearly full satin luster. This Frontier, Deviercy & Co. product combines the obverse of the firm's BG-405 variety, identifiable by a spike from the end of Liberty's bust, with a different 1855-dated reverse.
