Lot 249 1856 N-8 R4- Upright 5 PCGS graded MS65 Brown.Lustrous golden light steel brown and tan. Quite attractive and nearly flawless. A small spot of darker toning on the rim over IT in UNITED is the only notable mark. LDS, die state b, with a fine die crack meandering through MERIC. Our grade is MS63,tied for CC#9 in the Grellman census. Comes with a nice provenance. The attribution and Green Tree Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.
