1883 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. Proof-64 Cameo (NGC). A nicely cameoed specimen, both sides are untoned with razor sharp striking detail to the devices. Among the more popular late date Proofs in the Liberty Seated half dollar series, the 1883 is associated by date with a low mintage circulation strike issue.
