- High Promises Collection. 32 graded MS-63, 77 higher at PCGS. Type I / I. While no Trade dollar is common in choice mint-state grade, the inaugural 1873 is a bit scarcer than most. The luster may be a little subdued on this off-white example but the fields show only moderate scuffs and hairlines. A particularly sharp reverse pairs nicely with the fairly well struck obverse.
