1840 Braided Hair Cent. N-3. Rarity-1. Grellman Die State b. Small Date. MS-64+ BN (PCGS). CAC. Satiny brown luster spans the fields and the strike is sharp for this issue. Faded mint color exists and the surfaces are free of dark spots or handling problems. Later die state with a thin crack through the date and several stars, and a small rim break between the final pair of stars. Impressive collector quality.
