What a fabulous SUPERB GEM! Tied for FINEST in the non-CAM designation at NGC, this coin has a brilliant, flashy, chrome-like reflection on both sides. Sharply struck and high end, the eye appeal is great! Only 960 Proofs were struck. PCGS 3, NGC 10.
