Extremely high end for the grade, in fact, this was the Rev. McClure coin that was sold as NGC PR65 CAC in June 2016. Vividly toned throughout with rich rose, teal, and azure toning that blankets rich watery mirrors! This coin is a true GEM. Only 727 proofs were struck. PCGS 70, NGC 64, CAC 12. As mentioned, this coin sold in June 2016 for $1,763 as an NGC PR65 CAC. No doubt it is much finer than nearly all PR64s out there. In PR64, the CU price is listed at $1,175 and in PR65 at $1,775.
