- On Target Collection. Newcomb-13. Perhaps a trifle more rubbed than AU-58 might suggest, the coin does offer unusually nice, smooth surfaces with almost none of the staining often seen for Randall hoard survivors, aside from a spot next to the final star. Steely highlights show on either side.
