Lot Description

Nicholas Jackson Collection. Overton-106 (R.3), "small 8", with an extra serif beneath the first "T" in STATES. Powdery denim-grey envelopes most of the surface but thins around the stars, where brighter velvety luster shines through. The reverse adds some orange overtones in to the fields. A delightful half-dollar with unusually few abrasions for MS-62.
