- 1787 Fugio Copper. Pointed Rays. Newman 10-T, W-6705. Rarity-5. STATES UNITED, 1/Horizontal 1, 4 Cinquefoils. VF-20 (PCGS). 1 over Horizontal 1 details plainly evident at the date. Medium golden brown with steel brown highlights. Swaths of natural planchet fissuring adorn both sides, as struck and to no great distraction; no marks of consequence reveal themselves to the unaided eye. Bold for the grade and an altogether pleasing example of a scarce variety. PCGS# 886.
