This is an exceptional beauty that is tied for FINEST graded. Not only does this coin rank at the very top of the Population Report, it is also really of the highest visual and technical qualities. Indeed, its eye appeal is nearly otherworldly! A wonderful luster is bold and radiates on both sides with a vibrant, vivid brilliance that glows all over.
