A beautifully toned and satiny lustrous SUPERB GEM Vancouver. Rich blue, rose, gold, teal, and coppery hues blend over near flawless surfaces imparting a bold and impressive eye appeal. PCGS 67, NGC 60, CAC 32. This is just one of four graded MS64+ at NGC and only a single MS68 is finer.
