- 1900 Lesher Referendum Dollar. HK-789. Rarity-5. A.B. Bumstead Type, Second Reverse. No. 889. AU-53 (PCGS). PCGS has mounted this piece with the reverse up in the holder, and the PCGS insert also misattributes it as a Bumstead Type I. Richly toned around the peripheries, where we see vivid cobalt-blue and copper-rose colors, the centers are brilliant. With appreciable luster and only the expected signs of handling in a lightly circulated example of this scarce type.
