1791 Washington Small Eagle Cent. Baker-16, W-10630. Rarity-3. UNITED STATES Edge. VF-30 (PCGS). Somewhat glossy chocolate brown surfaces display some scattered marks, the most prominent of those on the reverse rim from 7 o'clock to 11 o'clock where some crumbling has occurred.
