This is the single finest example of this circulation strike issue known to PCGS, and it is a bright, vivid and virtually pristine Ultra Gem. From the one-year Lincoln Bicentennial cent series of 2009, which includes four unique reverse designs representing four major periods in the famous president's life. The Birth and Early Childhood design is attributed to Richard Masters, designer, and sculptor Jim Licaretz.
